Heartana by (((48.06*2*85/95)-10)*1.4) = 106.4029% melee paid for Paralysis portion, -10 is for Control's damage, that is 140-106.4029 = 33.597% less than supposed.
The penalty should be 95(140*.85)+10)*.5)/85 = -72.088% melee. Design notes are misleading with subtractive penalty, if going by 48.06% it should be *(total- penalty)/100

 Control is worth 1.4*0.85 (paralysis) +0.1 (damage), so 1.29 Melee. 50% save, *95/85 to adjust for accuracy gives a 0.7208 Melee penalty. The weapon special is 150% Melee, so 0.7208/1.5 = 0.4806.

 New in the When Powers Collide war shop: Prismatic Paintbrush

MC Magic mace. Click to swap between "white paint" mode (Water) and "rainbow paint" mode (random element). In "rainbow paint" mode, all normal player attacks and weapon specials deal *132/109 damage.

Special is two hits, Magic (element).
#If in Water mode, it deals -54.17% damage, and inflicts The Cold (-10*[hits connected]/2 BTH, -10*[hits connected]/2 blocking). This lasts until the monster succeeds on a save at a +0 bonus (inflict with VStat/LUK, resist with CHA/LUK).
#If in "rainbow paint" mode, it just deals damage.

 What happens if Prismatic Paintbrush special procs the 2nd time while the monster is affected with The Cold? Does it enhance the status or does the special do full damage?

 The cold effect will stack...

For Example if you both hits connect the first time, i.e. -10 BtH & -10 MRM, and only one hit connects the second time, i.e. -5 BtH & -5 MRM, the monster will have -15 BtH & -15 MRM. This stacks infinitely, of course assuming that the monster continues to fail the save in which case it is reset.

Pretty much a clone of the Ornate Dragon Blades we did a couple years ago. Deals -5% damage otherwise.

BR Lean of 0.15.

Unlike the Giant Butcherer and the Frost Destroyer, the Titan Slayer has no visual cue to indicate that it is in a triggered state. Can it at least be made to glow red or something? And maybe have the Titan Arm's triggered state also be indicated via a red glow? Though, a different and darker shade of red for the Arm might be appropriate.
