*Scene opens with a green, purple, and red shimmers fighting in the Deadlands' sky; it is revealed that these shimmers are none other than Temblor, Voidstar, and Fiamme, the Elemental Avatars of Earth, Darkness, and Fire respectively; Fiamme appears to be fighting both Temblor and Voidstar as you, your dragon, and Nirios watch their clash from below outside the Jaania's crystal's cave.*
Nirios: Is that... normal for this world?
<Character>: That's... That's the Avatars! Are they... fighting each other?!
<Dragon>: Something's very wrong... | *Uncomfortable growl*
*Suddenly, Fiamme summons a fireball from above to strike Temblor, only for Voidstar to defend him, causing Voidstar to fall down; this development causes you, your dragon, and Nirios to move in order to stop the Avatars.*
<Character>: Come on! We have to stop them!
*You move to find the Avatars; you fight fire monsters as you avoid the small craters.*
<Character>: That was Fiamme fighting Temblor and Voidstar..., Nirios: But you freed Fiamme before, didn't you? You don't think Wargoth is controlling her again, do you?
<Character>: These are Wargoth's minions! I think you're right, Nirios. But if Wargoth is controlling Fiamme again... He must be on the attack., Nirios: Our first priority must be to assist your Avatars, and stop Wargoth's minions from finding the Professor!
<Character>: This must be why we met so little resistance when we freed Xan and Veyla. He was already preparing his next move., Nirios: If he defeats your Avatars, there may be no hope for this world. The flames will consume all terrifyingly quickly.
<Character>: Do you hear that? I think someone's in trouble ahead!, Nirios: Watch out for the falling fire!
Axe Knight: Is that... <Character>?! And Nirios? I don't know why you're here, but thank you for your help!, Sword Knight: King Alteon sent us to investigate some distrubances in the Deadlands, and then... everything erupted!
<Character>: The elementals were already causing problems before across Greenguard. I'm worried this will spiral further out of control...
Sword Knight: <Character>! Watch out, there's a really scary crater over there. We came over to investigate and got ambushed!
*Eventually, you, your dragon, and Nirios reach the big crater caused by Voidstar's fall; moments before you reach the crater, Temblor and Voidstar confront Fiamme, who is now controlled by Wargoth again, signified by blue flames.*
Temblor: Fiamme! You must resist! Stop before you burn this land to ashes!
Fiamme: ...
Voidstar: She does not hear your words, Temblor! Be ready!
<Character>: Avatars!
*You, your dragon, and Nirios enter the scene as they prepare to help Temblor and Voidstar from the controlled Fiamme.*
Temblor: Ah. <Character> and <Dragon>. How fortuitous!
Voidstar: You must aid us. Wargoth means to unleash all the power Fiamme holds!
Temblor: Were we to meet her in kind, the land would be ripped apart. It is all we can do to hold her attention!
Temblor: We know your strength, <Character>, <Dragon>. Free Fiamme from Wargoth, as you did before! We will be at your backs!
Fiamme: ...Burn...
Battle! - begins battle with Fiamme.
Heal - fully replenishes HP, MP, and potions.
Run Away! - launches Leave Quest confirmation box; clicking 'Yes' will teleport player to Atrea.
*After the battle, you seemingly break Wargoth's control from Fiamme.*
Fiamme: ...AAARGH... HAAA.... AAAAA!!
*Suddenly, Fiamme overloads with flames as scene fades to black; scene fades back in as meanwhile, back in Jaania's crystal's cave, Xan looks at the bed where the unconscious Jaania is at while The Professor and Konnan watching them nearby.*
Xan: I still... I still can't believe it... Jaania... Hahaha...
*Xan moves his hand near Jaania, but stops.*
Xan: I looked for the power to free you in so many different places... I tried so many things.
*Scene pans above to focus on Xan.*
Xan: And now... now...! Hahaha... HAHAHAHA!
Xan: Nothing and nobody will keep you away from me! Not Warlic! Not this old man! Not Wargoth!
Xan: Wargoth...
*Xan's eyes widens as he realizes that The Professor is hiding information related to Wargoth; he then turns around to face The Professor and Konnan.*
Xan: You're hiding something from me. What does she have to do with Wargoth, anyway?
The Professor: That is... complicated.
The Professor: When my dreams crossed with Wargoth's, Jaania's face would often drift by, along with that of a young man.
The Professor: A man named Alex.
Xan: ...
The Professor: These people are clearly incredibly significant to Wargoth.
The Professor: Given your history, and what I have learned from <Character> and the Ateala...
The Professor: I believe this incarnation of Wargoth is almost certainly a reconstruction of Warlic. And in order to defeat him...
*Konnan's eyes widens as it moves to look at The Professor and Xan.*
Xan: You mean... I get Jaania, AND I get to kill Warlic?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Xan: You should have led with that theory!
The Professor: Perhaps I should have. It would have likely saved us some headache.
Xan: Then we've had the same goals all along! Hahahahaa! We're practically best friends!
Konnan: Master, you are going to share this information with <Character>, aren't you? Why didn't you tell <him/her/them> before?
The Professor: I assure you, I do not intend to hide this revelation.
The Professor: Despite <his/her/their> previous familiarity with Warlic, I am sure <Character> will understand what must be done.
The Professor: I am starting to get concerned, however. I would have expected to hear back from <him/her/them> or Nirios by now...
*Suddenly, Fiamme's clash against Temblor and Voidstar shakes the cave again, causing Jaania to wake up, where she sees Xan's face; Jaania screams upon seeing his face.*
Jaania: AAAAIEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!
*Scene cuts to black.*

Other information
Stepping on a small crater will remove 30% max HP from the player and any guests.
A box of potions, capping at 2 HP/MP Potions, can be found during the quest.
