Isn't charamaker supose to be a program? I got the rar file but now when i click cmxp it shows the window with a bunch of flags and i cant click on anything you know how the top bar is a greyish blue. Do i need anything else to use it?

It will be a fill out a form and email me the file and if it is not .zip I will zip it for you and then I will upload it and send you the link. Since I am doing it for free and making it for free I have to wait 7 days until I can do everything I want on it.
