@Depressed Void: You have to remember that as the fight gets longer the skill becomes more useful. It may only get you rage 1 turn sooner the first time, but then your next rage is 2 turns sooner (1 turn sooner the first time, then another turn for the 2nd), and then 3 turns sooner, and so on. It isn't nearly as beneficial to quick kill builds as it is to tanks who have battles that often last 10-20 turns where it can compound on itself. Of course, the numbers can always be adjusted if it is seen to be too strong or too weak.
