Lvl 1 skill obviously won't help if you hoped for a big change.
I got almost full rage bar on 2nd turn, barely off so on 3rd turn it was full but if I fought a bigger tank then I'd have rage on 2nd turn. Mind me, it's at Lvl 6 Adrenaline which is 15%. And if you hoped for much quicker rage then stop dreaming as it's not happening. If you fought people with low defences then no wonder your rage was gaining slowly as it's meant to be a counter against tanks, not anyone + there was a change to rage which further shows it's to counter tankiness, not kill anyone.

@Trans, in case you didn't realise mercenaries are tanks, we have hybrid armor (and not much else). The changes to rage are counterproductive to mercenaries and the adrenaline skill. Even with a support advantage of over 30 and a level 6 adrenaline I was continually beaten to rage by the power builds and in fact they are getting rage faster than before the update. While mercenaries rage build rate remains the more or less the same.

Why are they penalising defensive builds so much, after all agility compounds the build options. All this has done, the changes to rage, is to further advantage the high attack builds....

merc new skill is kinda useless for 1v1 but it helps mercs in 2v2 but merc are doing ok in 2v2 so why buff their 2v2ing power when they need to be buffed in 1v1.

I think I'm the only one who heard a Balance Team member say that if skill will be doing poorly, other words UP'ed, then they'll buff it. ;o

Isn't that embarrassing....
At level 33, I lost to Brachylagus...
I was blocked once, critted three times...
with 70 dex and 65 support ;w;
I am hoping that was an isolated case of extremely bad luck >.>

He critted a berserker, a cheapshot, and a double strike btw

@^: Capensis is harder than Brachy IMO. Capensis has more SUP because each time I fight him he always crits once >.>

I must say, I lost to Capensis twice. Was embarassing.

Ok, played a bit more, changed my build and have noticed adrenaline working as well as the rage changes... It's actually made some difference vs other tank classes (Tactical Mercs and Cyber Hunters)

The mix of battles and build variations is possibly the best it's ever been in the game. Perhaps, it would be a good time to tigthen up 1st strike and drop the support modifier for crits from 7 to 5. I think the change from 3 to 4 on rage was a bit high, as there is no buff for support, so getting the 100 support difference to gain the 25% increase to rage is almost impossible and if you do try it is well and truely offset by the lack of defences...

Anyway, I'll see you on the battlefield. Beware of the Green and Gold mercenary out for blood!
