<Character>: The Dean of Witches... that might be the right spot.
*The character arrives at the place*
<Character>: There's definitely something happening. I just hope it's an Open House....
Fight the... festive minions in the building until you find the Necropolis' dean.
*You find Sally. She is wearing a ridiculous outfit*
<Character>: Sally?! Wha... you're the Dean of Witches?
Sally: Yes! I'm the Greatest Witch of the North! And you better stop beating up my minions!
<Character>: Where's Vayle? Isn't she, uh, helping you run this place?
Sally: What part of Greatest Witch of the North do you not get? I don't need any help!
Sally: I can do whatever I want! You can't make me clean! You can't make me eat veggies! You can't make me grow up!
<Character>: Can I... can I ask you where Vayle is?
Sally: ...
<Character>: Please?
Sally: She didn't want to play with me so I made her leave.
<Character>: You made her leave? Where did she go, Sally? I have to find her!
Sally: Yes, I made her! If you want to find her, then try to find the red brick road.
<Character>: Red brick road?
Sally: She was always complaining about her minions tripping on rocks.
Sally: My minions don't trip.
Sally: She went off to go make a red brick road to her Amethyst City.
<Character> (thinks): *Sigh* I thought this is going to be easy....
