Lorekeeper -> =AQ= Unused Item Art Suggestions (10/7/2024 10:46:00)
|
Hello everyone! Along with the mechanical and visual cloning requests, we'd like to open up a discussion for a frequent form of feedback: Requests for the implementation of item art that isn't available as an actual item. Whether it's hanging in a shop, used by an NPC, or otherwise visible but unavailable, this is the thread to ask for it! Similarly to the mechanical clone request thread, I'm hoping that this can both fulfill some community wishes while saving our artists some time from super busy releases. Please bear in mind that not all items that aren't (Or aren't yet) available as a reward may make sense to implement yet. For instance, if a weapon is unique in the lore, and its wielder is clearly still using it, it may not be until a story with that wielder is resolved that the weapon or a replica becomes available as a reward. Please follow these rules when replying: Make suggestions based on aesthetics, not function. This is a thread for unimplemented item art, not for mechanical suggestions. Please keep to AdventureQuest items. Item crossovers with the other games have a separate process. Try to keep your suggestions to items that aren't too old or wouldn't look out of place with modern shading. If it takes minor touchups, that's okay! However, there's another thread for art refreshes. Avoid suggestions that can't be implemented as an item as-is. This includes monster parts, items drawn at different angles (Such as a sheathed sword on an NPC), and anything that would need to be redrawn. Don't suggest full sets - Those will get updated over time in dedicated releases. Include details on where the item is found. For example, by mentioning which scene of which quest an item is in. Include direct image links, not embeds. Please keep suggestions to a single reply per user and use the following template for each item:
Item:
Item location:
