This is the first thing I ever made in flash. It is poorly put together, but it is from quite a while ago. I've been recently changing it a bit, so I will show you the latest version when it comes out. http://img31.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ebfe127rh.swf

here is a simple script for making your mouse a pen in flash

making your mouse a pen thing

1) Open flash (if you dont know how to stop reading......now!)

2) add this script to flash and you done! its really easie but the final product is simple and kinda usless as well


_root.onMouseMove = function() {
_root.lineStyle(1, 0xFF0000, 100);
_root.lineTo(_xmouse, _ymouse);
updateAfterEvent();
}

Changing colour of the line

1) Replace the FF0000 part of the script with another colour code such as 0000CC = blue
"these codes can be found when you add colours to these kind of messages"\

actually a couple work once i decoded them and how do you get hp bars to work E.G. red bar which goes down with the HP or A Preloader which goes up

i get what you mean IQ by when the health goes up when you start like an effect..... give me like a day and ill tell you how to do a health bar but not the preloaded health thing

I already know how to make HP/MP/Level/Whatever/Preloader Bars. Would it help if I posted up a guide on it?

lol, thats nice to say ^_^ then again i want honost opinions for people trying to use them though im suspicious that you didn't try all of them, this seems pretty simple

button
1)open a flash document
2)create a circle
3)right click on the circle
4)at the bottom look for 'convert to symbol' and click it
5)click the bubble for button and press ok

, well right now im trying to get a program that could record what i would do on my computer screen so i could just show video clips instead of trying to explain, found it

LEAD capture and present, .....$50...... i'll try the DL, but once i have a couple tuts to do it all in one shabang so i dont waste my trial use

lol ok i dont mind, i'm so screwed, i have a 5 pt quiz tommorow on bio honors on the ORAL lecture he (teacher) gave us yesterday i didn't get many notes and its on all this stoichiometry and balancing equation stuff... so im a little tense if it seems like im "rude" (im doing pretty bad in his class grade wise)

otherwise im trying to get these video programs to work

if youve got a webcam then you can use that to record whats on screen

normally when recording any computer screen you get that line of light that travels down the screen..... thats an ingnuitive idea but kinda dodgy, besides hes already found a program to do what he wants to do.

You would need all the code for the game set up before you make a HP bar...

Is there real code involved? If there is... then it should not be hard to do an HP bar if you have the code for HP and MP set up.

yer its more the code for the red bar(movie clip) to go down it just wont work
P.S. could you send me a .fla of one and ill edit it to see how it would work
