    Bio: Leader of the Glacius (Ice) Clan. He is later kidnapped by Ryuusei Cartwright, which plunges the clans into chaos.

    Function: To induct you into Glacius, accept donations, inform you of Glacius, and sell you Ice items. Joins you as a guest in Paxia Under Siege.
