I'm not sure if there's a way to change the secret q/a, but the above link does tell you how to change the password and such.

Ugh i have no clue who to go to on this matter im un happy due to a bad artix card i got when i peald off the covering for the pin number the numbers came off of the card and i STILL cant tell what number is what isnt thair some one whom can help me on this matter? if so id be happy to know how to contact them :s

After Christmas I purchased the 2012 AE calendar and the AQW card game. Upon trying to access the in-game content, I discovered I had to redeem the code through my Master Account, however, as I haven't been playing the game for a good 2 years, I have forgotten the email for the Master Account which I apparently linked my AQW account to. I know the Master Account provides complete protection against hacking (assuming you've kept the details a secret) but what if someone else has linked my AQW account to their Master Account as there have been complications with my AQW account in the past?

In summary: Is there any way to remotely un-link my AQW without knowing the details for the Master Account. I can prove that I am the owner of my account with past AQW purchases Transaction ID.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Nevermind :) Problem resolved, and may I say, AE's customer support is great!

does the "level # gamer" have any advantage. do we get extra offers if we are higher level. what are its functions?
and is this same as Battleon Portal level??

When ever i try to credit my nw chrocurropter code to any char on any acc on any game (MQ DF AQW) i get this message

If you buy Artix Points through mail-in payment and you send cash, do you leave the sections where they ask you to fill out your name, check date, and other things blank?

 how do you see all your passwords for your linked accounts, so lets say the linked account is dragonfable when i press play now i doesnt play that account it goes to different account so will there be a feature where you can view all passwords from linked games from master account?

 @Zippy, as of now there are no benefits for being a high Battleon Portal level, features and benefits regarding this may be implemented in the future, but as now is it just aesthetics :)

 Hey. I was wondering if the Pre Paid Visa cards work on the Master Account system? I have registered the card with Visa, and it is open with a sufficient amount on the card, however it gets declined at check out every time. Am I doing something wrong or like I said do they even work?

Never mind. For some odd reason it was declining on the Master Account, but was accepted when I went directly to AQW and used it there. Either the card was still being registered when I was trying to use the Master account system, or the Master Account system for some reason declines them. Oh well. It worked.

A few unlinking question.
1.Where is the unlink button? i don't see it
2.Once its unlinked, can i add it another MA?
3. I bought a VIP mem (1 Year) but my HS account was not linked. Does that mean it doesn't work?

I'm so curious about this...

~If you become 1 year member in AQW and you use the Master Account instead of using the AQW site one to trigger the membership...will you still get the VIP gifts(Achievement and Armor) including the HS ones?

I have a AQW's account linked to my master account but i cant Remove it as it is a VIP account but i also cant use the account because somehow the email isnt linked to any of my emails. I did create the account once apon a time but i haven't used it in ages because i have no way to log onto it. Can i get some advise please?


Hello there Nuke, There's a couple things you can do actually, aqw support pages you can try the link to my left or, Master Account Support pages you can click < that link. Finally, you can contact the help/support team for the master account and see what they say~Dnw

With the DoomKnight Package, I've been a DA Holder since July 2010. Is it only supposed to come up with the NSoD at the start then as you buy consecutive pieces before you can get them all in one go?


good question! Actually from everything that I know, You can either wait and buy the entire package all at once, or you can do the installments 1 at a time.~Dnw

Can anyone help me, i would like to link my aqw acc to MY NEW MADE ACTIVE master account, i lost the information of the last master account and i dont know the email and stuff, so i made a new one, im a member, so is there anyway, i tried pming a mod but they didnt do anything


You would need to contact the Helpdesk. They are the only ones who can assist you with this, forum staff (mods/aks/etc) cannot assist with game account problems.~Dnw
