I'm not taking sides against anyone, Nexus. I've passed on suggestions, but I can't guarantee that they will be implemented. I've also never gotten a refund at a food service establishment. Even when I got double-charged because the waitstaff brought me the wrong food. I know what customer service is, I've done my time in food service. I'm also very sorry for not telling you in the last DNs the timeframe, I told the forum, Twitter, and Facebook the SECOND I knew when the nonvarium version was coming out. For not knowing sooner, I apologize profusely. Not knowing is no excuse, I know that. However, I also don't want to make a statement and then retract it. In my defense, sometimes timeframes aren't decided right away, and as soon as I know, you know. Sage- there's no need to yell at me. I'm sorry that you feel underappreciated. I'm very sorry for everyone who feels as if I'm picking on them. However, we'll be continuing discussion on a new DNs thread. It seems that this one has merely devolved into flaming.
