Hey guys. Here I am again...alone...with nothing to do besides posting in forums. Yay you guys. :) I was looking over some of the skills for various classes and found slight problems with them; and afterwards changes that would, for the better part, balance them out somewhat. Let's start ;) Mark of Blood- Currently, I feel Mark of Blood is the Bounty Hunter's/Blood Mage's trademark skill. However, I am finding it used less and less on a BH skill tree and even less than that on a BM skill tree. So as to fix this skill; I wanted to look at the problems with it. Level 1: 15% Damage to Health Level 2: 18% Damage to Health Level 3: 20% Damage to Health Level 4: 22% Damage to Health Level 5: 24% Damage to Health Level 6: 26% Damage to Health Level 7: 28% Damage to Health Level 8: 30% Damage to Health Level 9: 31% Damage to Health Level 10: 32% Damage to Health Level 1: 150 Energy Level 2: 160 Energy Level 3: 170 Energy Level 4: 180 Energy Level 5: 190 Energy Level 6: 200 Energy Level 7: 210 Energy Level 8: 220 Energy Level 9: 230 Energy Level 10: 240 Energy See the problem yet? The amount of energy it costs to use this skill is merely satisfactory to the amount of health received. When we first switched to actives, I was going to assume that the %'s would be greater the cost since, realistically, the BH/BM would use it maybe 6 times. To...help this skill out, I'm suggesting these small changes to it. Nothing TOO drastic. Level 1: 20% Damage to Health Level 2: 23% Damage to Health Level 3: 25% Damage to Health Level 4: 27% Damage to Health Level 5: 29% Damage to Health Level 6: 31% Damage to Health Level 7: 32% Damage to Health Level 8: 33% Damage to Health Level 9: 34% Damage to Health Level 10: 35% Damage to Health What I have done was increase the percentage at maximum by +3%, HOWEVER, to keep it where players don't need to maximize their skill tree to gain all the benefits, the base percent/other levels have also been raised. The energy cost will remain the same. Static Grenade: Static Grenade is still a huge game changer for me. Mainly because it's free of use skill and relatively small cool down. I am requesting a tweak, as the devs have done, to put this skill more in balance. OLD Level 1: 95 Energy Points Level 2: 120 Energy Points Level 3: 135 Energy Points Level 4: 150 Energy Points Level 5: 165 Energy Points Level 6: 180 Energy Points Level 7: 190 Energy Points Level 8: 200 Energy Points Level 9: 210 Energy Points Level 10: 220 Energy Points NEW Level 1: 75 Energy Points Level 2: 95 Energy Points Level 3: 115 Energy Points Level 4: 130 Energy Points Level 5: 145 Energy Points Level 6: 160 Energy Points Level 7: 170 Energy Points Level 8: 175 Energy Points Level 9: 180 Energy Points Level 10: 185 Energy Points I also want to suggest a scaling gain percentage rate, meaning the higher the level of SG, the higher gain you receive. 20% 23% 26% 29% 32% 35% 38% 41% 43% 45% If you do the math, you will see that at a rate of 45% with maxed Static Grenade, you will receive a higher EP drain, by 7 EP, than you did with the old system. Shadow Arts: Shadow arts is...in my opinion an extremely weak skill. Why? Have you ever seen ANYONE use it/have SP in it? Thanks.
