Attack Type 1 - The Doom Amulet encases itself in a shield, enabling Retaliation (+20% Powerboost), and Shielded (+180 Dodge, Block and Parry) for two turns. It also heals itself for 10% of its maximum HP.
Attack Type 2 - Releases electrical shocks at all of its targets, dealing Evil damage six times.
Attack Type 3 - Releases massive electrical blasts that strikes multiple targets at once, dealing moderate Evil damage.
Attack Type 4 - Absorbs massive tendrils made of corrupted shadow in a black hole, dealing moderate Evil damage, but can strike multiple targets at once and enable Drained (stun all targets for one turn).
Attack Type 5 - Engulfs the entire area in explosive flame and shadow, striking multiple targets at once, dealing Evil damage once on each. The attack also enables Corruption for five turns (100% Evil element DoT).
Attack Type 6 - Encases itself in a shield at random with a cooldown, and heals for 10% of its maximum HP. The Doom Shards respawn if any are destroyed.

Equipping either DoomKnight Armor or DoomKnight Variant One will buff the Doom Amulet's Retaliation effect by 60% instead, increase the duration of Attack Type 1 by an additional four turns, and heal itself for 30% of its maximum HP.
