*Scene fades into Fire Imps running in the Sandsea on Atrea's outskirts, only for an Atealan and several knights striking them down; Alz'ein and Etaos are in another part of Atrea's outskirts, where they also help on stopping Wargoth's attack.*
Alz'ein: DIE YOU INFERNAL BEASTS!!!
Etaos: S-something is happening!
*A big portal opens.*
<Character>: I-It's huge!
Alz'ein: More targets!
Etaos: Not so fast, Alz'ein.
*The portal enrages in flames; Isiri can be seen horrified.*
Alz'ein: It has to be him! Get ready!
Isiri: Something is coming... but it... it's wrong....
*The portal leads to a land engulfed by flames.*
<Character> (briefly): I--
Etaos (briefly): That is not Somorah...
<Character>: Are you sure... Where is it then?
Nirios: Your plane of fire.
<Character>: Plane of fire? But... how?
*The portal to the plane of Fire explodes as Fiamme, the Elemental Avatar of Fire, appears from it; it appears that Wargoth has taken control of her.*
<Character>: Fiamme?
<Character>: I don't understand...
Isiri: Your plane of fire has been weakened. Wargoth's power has grown...
<Character>: You can't... you can't mean that Wargoth is that powerful!
<Character>: Fiamme is one of the Elemental Avatars. There's only been one mage that could equal their power!
Alz'ein: Don't you understand what Wargoth IS? He's destroyed our entire planet and you still doubt his power?
*Scene then shifts to Isiri, who implores you to break Wargoth's control on Fiamme.*
Isiri: <Character>... You must help her.
Isiri: Break his hold over her!
Battle! - begins battle with Fiamme.
Extreme Battle! - begins battle with Fiamme.
Heal - fully replenishes HP, MP, and potions.
Run Away! - returns to Rising Fire.
*After defeating Fiamme, she returns to normal as she is free from Wargoth's control.*
Fiamme: <Character>, it was... horrible.
Fiamme: I tried to fight it... I blunted my powers as much as I could, but....
Fiamme: The Blue Mage... is this world's only hope.
<Character>: But... Warlic is gone. He's been missing since we defeated the Mysterious Stranger.
Fiamme: ...
*Fiamme looks at you as she tells you to find Warlic.*
Fiamme: He's your only hope.
*Fiamme floats as she prepares to teleport away.*
Fiamme: Bring him back.
*Fiamme teleports away in a flash of light; you look at her as Fiamme teleports away; afterwards, Isiri, Nirios, Etaos, and Alz'ein contemplate these new questions.*
Isiri: Who is this Blue Mage?
<Character>: He's gone...
Alz'ein: There has to be someone else!
Alz'ein: The Professor helped us escape Somorah. We need to find him again.
<Character>: I don't think your professor can help. Only Warlic....
Alz'ein: You're the one who didn't think Wargoth was powerful enough to take over your avatar!
Alz'ein: You have no idea what the Professor can do!
*Now angry, Alz'ein leaves; off-screen, she encounters a Fire Imp.*
Alz'ein: ARGH! GET OUT OF MY WAY!
*Alz'ein kicks a Fire Imp away.*
<Character>: What was--
*Isiri receives a headache as you, Etaos, and Nirios look at her.*
Isiri: AAAAhhhh!! N-- no!
*You run towards Nirios and Etaos.*
Etaos: Isiri?!
Isiri: This isn't over... Veyla is gone....
*Scene is now in complete darkness as it shifts to Xan.*
Xan: AAAAHHHHAAAAHAAAHAAaaa!
*Scene fades into Xan encountering three Fire Imps in a forest.*
Xan: You jerks are no match for my fire!
*Xan blasts the three imps with a fire blast.*
Xan: Hehehe...
*Electricity appears behind him, signifying that a portal has opened.*
Xan: ?!?!
*Gray flames appear from Xan, which subdues him.*
Xan: I--
*Xan collapses as a silhouette with demonic wings and magma arms start to reveal behind him; this silhouette revealed to be Wargoth.*
Wargoth: A whole new world to play with.
