    Bio: Loco is Lore's demi-god of mischief and fortune. Around five thousand years ago, Loco nearly started a God war by pulling a prank on Baldric. To avoid a devastating god war, the Elemental Lords sealed Loco away. His power increases every April 1st and it so happens that Radagast and Khold Staeirgh summon him that day as a result of a prank.

    Function: To cause mischief every year around April 1st.
