    Bio: One of two pranksters (left) who try to cause "the ultimate prank" on April Fools Day 2009. Instead, they wind up summoning Loco and become his brainwashed (and gullible) minions (right).

    Function: Summons Loco and helps bring chaos to LORE. He is a challenge battle at the end of the April Fool's 2009 quest. Helps you track down the Prime Energy Orb, and is also a guest.
