Requirements: Completion of The Harbinger

Objective: You've fought back Wargoth's forces once more, but Veyla's gone missing, and Alz'ein has run off, too!
Objective completed: The Professor is definitely on Lore, but without any leads, maybe Nythera can help you find Warlic.

*You, your dragon, and Etaos meet with Nirios and Isiri in the bedroom where Veyla stayed at Atrea's Midnight Inn following the events of the Rising Fire war; Isiri can be seen recovering after protecting Atrea from Fiamme's firestorm.*
Isiri: So now Alz'ein has run off, too...
Etaos: She went after Veyla and the Professor.
Isiri: ...I'm sorry. It's all my fault. I should have been more focused on Veyla. I should have—
Etaos: No, Isiri. If you hadn't lent your strength to defending Atrea, many more Ateala would have been hurt, or worse.
Etaos: You did what you had to.
Isiri: ...
<Character>: What do we do now? What are the chances that Veyla's still in the city? Should we ask around, again?
Nirios: No. She has left. I already looked everywhere with Yolande and her contacts.
Nirios: There's been no trace of her. As a Riftwalker, I imagine she... found her own way out of the city.
Nirios: Veyla could be anywhere, now. Not even on this planet.
<Character>: ...I see. Alz'ein probably realized that, too, then.
<Character>: Which leaves the Professor.
<Character>: Before the siege, you mentioned that he used technology?
Isiri: Yes. He was able to use his science to both expand and stabilize our portals, allowing more Ateala to escape.
Isiri: He, too, was fleeing Wargoth, however, and when the situation became untenable, he came through to this world.
<Character>: I see. Then... he's probably trying to fight back against Wargoth in his own way, while also remaining hidden.
<Character>: Otherwise, why wouldn't he have contacted the Ateala, or your Empress?
Nirios: That's a good point, <Character>.
Isiri: Yes. If he sought shelter with us, it would only concentrate Wargoth's fo—
*Isiri moves her head up as she is extremely alarmed by the Empress' message.*
Isiri: No...!
Etaos: What is it, Isiri? Did the Empress speak to you?
Isiri: She... She has confirmed to me that Wargoth is now present on Lore.
Isiri: I am sorry, <Character>. In our flight here, we may have brought destruction to your world...
<Character>: Then we have no time to lose.
<Character>: If Alz'ein was looking for the Professor, and asking about technology, I know just where she might have gone.
<Character>: Popsprocket!
<Character>: It's a long way from here, but anyone on Greenguard would tell you to look there, first!
Nirios: We must go after her. Alz'ein cannot be allowed to fall into Wargoth's clutches like Veyla.
Nirios: And if we find the Professor, all the better.
<Character>: We can head out now. I know the way!
Nirios: I'll go with you, <Character>. Etaos, stay with Isiri, and assist with the clean up. Keep me updated if anything happens.
Etaos: You got it, brother!
Isiri: Take care, Nirios, <Character>, and <Dragon>. I will consult with the Empress as to the next steps for Atrea.
Isiri: Wargoth cannot be allowed to claim another planet!
*Nighttime, you, your dragon, and Nirios arrive outside Popsprocket, where they find that due to the elemental dissonance, Wargoth's fire monsters are fighting against various Water and Energy Elementals in a free for all.*
<Character>: What on Lore is going on here?!
<Dragon>: Look! The angry one is here! | *Pointed growl!*
Nirios: I don't know, but you were right about Popsprocket. We've caught up to Alz'ein!
*Scene shifts to focus on Alz'ein, who slashes various monsters one by one; after defeating various monsters, she is joined by Yix, who is controlling a mini magic-eye.*
Alz'ein: It's about time you showed up!
<Character>: Alz'ein! You're okay! And is that—
Alz'ein: Of course I am!
Yix (Mini-Magic Eye): Ah, <Character>, perfect timing! I see you're already acquainted with my new friend, here!
<Character>: Yix! What's going on?
Yix (Mini-Magic Eye): Your guess is as good as mine! We thought all was well for a while when suddenly—
Nirios: Alz'ein, we bring urgent news. Wargoth has—
Alz'ein: Save it for later, Nirios. We have some trouble to take care of first. Tell them what happened, Yix!
Yix (Mini-Magic Eye): A-hem! As I was saying!
Yix (Mini-Magic Eye): Popsprocket is no stranger to energy elementals showing up every now and then, especially when we protected the Energy Orb!
Yix (Mini-Magic Eye): But lately, they've been appearing in greater numbers, and then water elementals started showing up, too!
Yix (Mini-Magic Eye): ...And then the fire monsters soon after! For now, they've been fighting amongst themselves, thankfully, but...
Yix (Mini-Magic Eye): Once one side wins, I dare not imagine what awaits Popsprocket!
<Character>: So you need us to help clear them out for you, is that it?
Yix (Mini-Magic Eye): Indeed! This fine young lady has already begun, and now with you and <Dragon> here, this rabble stands no chance!
Alz'ein: What did you just—
Alz'ein & Nirios joins you as Guest A.
<Character>: Right, let's clean up this mess!
*You fight various monsters outside Popsprocket; after defeating all of them, Alz'ein, Nirios, you, and your dragon regroup with Yix and his mini magic-eye in Popsprocket's Central Intersection; Alz'ein is surprised to learn that Yix is not a mini magic-eye, but rather a gnome.*
Alz'ein: So, you're not actually a mechanical box strapped to a flying eyeball?
Yix: Indeed, I'm not! I'm a gnome!
Yix: Mini-magic eye technology has come much further since <Character> last encountered it!
*You look at Yix's mini-magic eye before nitpicking its advancements as the mini-magic eye he used is still the same size as last time.*
<Character>: ...It's still the same size...
Yix: Further miniaturization will come later! We're just loading the features on, first, such as two-way dialogue and steam cannons.
Yix: You know, the basics!
<Character>: ...
Nirios: Now that we've resolved the situation, Alz'ein, you should know that Wargoth has arrived on Lore.
Alz'ein: I... see. ...It was only a matter of time.
Alz'ein: Which brings us to why we came here, Yix.
<Character>: Yix, have you met, or heard of anyone who goes by "the Professor"?
Yix: Er. We have a number of professors here in Popsprocket, you know. Can you be more specific?
Alz'ein: He wears a white coat.
Yix: A popular choice among scientists!
Alz'ein: He has long white hair, and uses a cane.
Yix: That's at least a quarter of them!
Alz'ein: He's not a gnome, he's human, like <Character>.
Yix: Have a few of those, believe it or not.
Alz'ein: He has a mechanical arm, wielding technology the likes of which surpasses even your... mini-magic eye!
*After Alz'ein describes the Professor, Yix recounts his meeting with him.*
Yix: Oh, that Professor!
Yix: You know, I wanted to ask him about his arm...
Yix: ... such a technological marvel that was, the likes of which I've not seen except maybe in some of the ruins—
Alz'ein: Where is he?
Yix: Er. I don't know.
Alz'ein: What do you mean you don't know?!
Yix: Well, I, er, that is, he—
*Alz'ein expresses frustration on her interrogation with Yix.*
Alz'ein: ...
<Character>: It's okay, Yix. Alz'ein's not going to hurt you. Right, Alz'ein?
Alz'ein: He's about the right size to be punted, is all I'm going to say.
Nirios: Alz'ein.
*Hearing Nirios' words, Alz'ein reluctantly rescinds her threat on Yix.*
Alz'ein: Sorry.
Alz'ein: Please, do explain, Yix.
Yix: Er, right. As I was saying, He was here. Just before the fire monsters started showing up, actually...
Yix: He was looking for some parts and pieces, and a workshop, I think.
Yix: Then, one day, he just left without a word! As if we weren't hospitable enough!
Alz'ein: ...That's it? There's no trail? Nothing else?
Yix: Unfortunately, no. His workshop was cleaned out, too! Very polite, besides leaving without a word!
<Character>: Thank you for the information, Yix.
Yix: Anytime! Feel free to stop by to check out the next iterations of the mini-magic eye whenever you'd like!
*Alz'ein expresses disappointment upon realizing that the Professor got away without a clue on his whereabouts in sight.*
Alz'ein: ...
*Realizing Alz'ein's disappointment, Yix decides to give some privacy to her.*
Yix: ...I'll give you some privacy, then, shall I?
*Scene fades to black; scene fades back in as Yix leaves, leaving only Alz'ein, Nirios, you, and your dragon; they reflect on past events leading to their current situation.*
Alz'ein: So close... only for him to slip away...
Nirios: What matters for now is that you're safe, Alz'ein.
Nirios: You'd be no use to Veyla if you got yourself captured by Wargoth.
Alz'ein: ...You're right. I shouldn't have run off on my own like that.
Alz'ein: And... I shouldn't have taken my anger out on you like that, before, <Character>.
<Character>: It's okay, Alz'ein. I know what that frustration is like.
<Character>: Knowing that you could have done more... no one wants to experience that.
<Character>: But now, we should look to the future. We don't have any more leads on the Professor, but I know where we can start looking for Warlic!
Alz'ein: That mage, again?
<Character>: If the Avatar of Fire brought him up, it must have been for a good reason. If we can find him, he'll help, I'm sure of it!
Nirios: I agree. Against a foe such as Wargoth, we need any allies we can get.
Alz'ein: ...Very well, <Character>.
<Character>: Next stop, Warlic's tent— and Nythera!
*Scene fades to black.*
