    Bio: Scheming Drakel governer of K'eld Naer. Wants to promote the Drakel race at all costs, using whatever methods availible. Was imprisoned by the Elves and Orcs after the civil war but broke free with the aid of divisionists.

    Bree-Ha has since escaped, and is searching for power again.

    Function: Governs K'eld Naer; points you towards Dr. Drake's secret hideout. Starts the K'eld Naer: Drakel Civil War.
