Queen Victoria: Lady Jaania, I take it that you have recovered from your... exertion during the Tytan attack?
Queen Victoria: Swordhaven owes you a great debt. Should you require any aid, it shall be yours.
Jaania: I am well, thank you, My Queen.
Jaania: I apologize for my moment of weakness.
Jaania: But you summoned me for a reason, did you not?
Queen Victoria: Yes. Unfortunately, without your ministrations, Princess Brittany's health has been... declining.
Queen Victoria: While I understand that you're eager to assist in the rift problem, may I ask that you remain here, in Swordhaven?
Jaania: I...
Jaania: It would be my honor. However, may I ask for more funding toward research projects of The Rose?
*Circe, who has been standing by, glares at Jaania after her request.*
Queen Victoria: May I ask what exactly this research is for?
Jaania: As I am sure you are no doubt aware, I recently spoke to Kara, of the Vind.
Jaania: She opened my eyes to new possibilities- possibilities that I should like to pursue, if you would allow me.
Queen Victoria: Did she, now...
Queen Victoria: I would ask that you give me some time to deliberate on this.
Jaania: I understand.
Jaania: By your leave, I shall tend to Princess Brittany before returning to the Ivory Tower.
Victoria: Yes... that would be... for the best.
*Jaania's footsteps can be heard as she leaves; Victoria looks understandably troubled, and slightly confused.*
Queen Victoria: That went oddly well.
Queen Victoria: Hmm...
Circe: My Queen, would you have me investigate... personally?
Queen Victoria: I would appreciate it, Circe.
Queen Victoria: I must know what Lady Jaania and The Rose are planning.
*Scene fades to black; meanwhile, at the Doomwood Ruins, the storm appears to be worsening.*
<Character>: That one... was closer.
<Character>: No sign of any trouble yet though.
Eulin Verriton IV: Greetings, <Character>!
Eulin Verriton IV: How goes the watch?
<Character>: Huh?
<Character>: Oh, hi, Prince Eulin. Nothing significant to report.
<Character>: The storm seems to be slowly getting closer, though.
Eulin Verriton IV: Hmm. A few measly stray bolts of lightning is hardly a storm!
Eulin Verriton IV: Why, back in the Manufactory, the rolls of thunder herald the hammers of the forges!
Eulin Verriton IV: Now that is a true storm! The heartbeat of the city, harnessed and rhythmic!
Eulin Verriton IV: The ticking of infinite gears... and the whirs of machinery...
<Character>: You must really miss your home.
Eulin Verriton IV: I... I can't let down my subjects. They trust me. Believe in me. Depend on me.
Eulin Verriton IV: It is my responsibility. My burden to bear, for none else can, or will.
<Character>: Is there really that much pressure on you?
Eulin Verriton IV: Oh yes. The Manufactory demands much, and in return, the Lagohm and other denizens prosper.
Eulin Verriton IV: Only the best could ever hope to pull the right strings, turn the right cogs, and keep the Manufactory from crashing into a grinding halt.
Eulin Verriton IV: And I... I am the best!
<Character>: You're certainly very proud of yourself.
Eulin Verriton IV: As I should be! And as I endeavor to stay!
<Character>: Not many would rise up like–
*With an enormous crash of thunder, you turn away from Prince Eulin toward the source of the noise.*
Alliance Guard: Wake up! Wake up! We're under attack! To arms!
<Character>: No time to waste. Eulin, stay close!
<Character>: Eulin?
*You look around, but Prince Eulin is nowhere to be found.*
<Character>: Where did he...
<Character>: The camps have to take priority. I hope Eulin can stay out of trouble...
*After you run away toward the camps, Prince Eulin comes out of hiding from behind a post, appearing frightened.*
Eulin Verriton IV: ...
*Scene fades to black; you must secure the camps by defeating the 10 attacking sets of monsters; once defeated, you regroup with the other Royal Resistance members, only to find something is wrong...*
<Character>: Is everyone safe? What happened?
G. M. Hansa: Seems like they surrounded us in the night. Is everyone... wait–
Thursday: Has... has anyone seen Raven? We got separated in the battle... I've looked everywhere but I can't find any sign of her!
Vseslava: ...
Vseslava: Ostromir is missing as well.
Kara SuLema: Mritha. Time is of the essence.
Mritha: Understood. I'll begin the search with Odgne at once.
G. M. Hansa: And where is our guest, Prince Eulin?
*You turn to face Grand Magus Hansa.*
<Character>: I... I was talking to him right before the attack...
<Character>: Has no one seen him since?
Kara SuLema: Grand Magus Hansa, Vseslava, <Character>. We must act fast.
G. M. Hansa: Agreed. Thursday, head back to camp and start organizing a search party.
Thursday: At once, Grand Magus.
Vseslava: I will retreat to my shelter and order the knights to help with the search.
Kara SuLema: Good. If our missing allies were captured, then they couldn't have gone too far yet.
Kara SuLema: Let's go.
*After everyone else has left, you take a moment to process what has just happened, before calling on your dragon to move onward.*
<Character>: Alright then. Come on, <Dragon>.
*Your dragon does not respond; it is at this moment you realise your dragon has also gone missing.*
<Character>: <Dragon>?
<Character>: Oh no...
*Scene cuts to black; elsewhere, Warlic appears to be meditating in a forest with Jimmy the Blue Flying Eye, when a familiar voice approaches them.*
Lynn: This way, papa! Slow down, Flappy!
Sepulchure: A moment, Lynn. I believe...
Sepulchure: We have reached our destination.
Lynn: Huh? But... we're still in the middle of the forest.
Lynn: Oh!
*Sepulchure and Lynn stand before Warlic and Jimmy the Blue Flying Eye.*
Lynn: Hello! Are you friends with Flappy too?
*Jimmy the Blue Flying Eye glares at Lynn.*
Warlic: Greetings, young one. This eyeball who you have named "Flappy" is indeed one of my friends.
Warlic: As for you...
Sepulchure: Blue mage.
Sepulchure: You've been spying on me.
Sepulchure: Why?
Warlic: I had my suspicions, but it's true, then.
Warlic: Amadeus.
Warlic: Sepulchure.
Warlic: ...Valen.
Sepulchure: ...
Sepulchure: You will call me Amadeus.
Warlic: Amadeus it is, then. Come, come. You two must be tired.
Warlic: And your... injury. We'll have to treat it.
Lynn: You can help papa?
Warlic: I certainly can. And what should I call you...?
*Lynn looks away, unsure if she should trust Warlic; Sepulchure nods, encouraging her.*
Lynn: I'm Lynn!
Warlic: It's a pleasure to meet you, Lynn. I am Warlic.
Warlic: Now, if the two of you will follow me, the entrance to my tower is just this way.
Sepulchure: Lynn, stay by my side, and touch nothing.
*Scene fades to black.*

Other information
Stepping on a lightning circle will remove 30% max HP from the player and any guests.
The fairy circle acts as a healing source during the quest.
Pop-up headlines during the quest:

This fairy circle sprang up overnight. It heals you, but something about it makes you uncomfortable...
Locked up tight. The Golden Hand aren't taking any risks, it seems.
Up to the Vind, right to The Rose. From the looks of things, everywhere needs some help.
Kara and Mritha should have everything in check from here.
'I got this one! Have you seen Raven anywhere?'
G.M. Hansa is focused. After completion of this quest, Raven, Ostromir, Eulin Verriton IV, and <Dragon> are removed from their respective Doomwood Camp(s), impacting dialogue with Thursday, G. M. Hansa, Vseslava, Mritha, and Kara SuLema.
