Hey L&Lers!
I hope you’ve all noticed the indexes at the top of the Fanfiction Discussion Forum. In the past, the AKs have tried to keep these indexes up to date as best as we can by simply keeping track of the new entries and adding them manually. Now though, there’s dozens of new narratives being posted in seven different subforums every week and we’re finding it difficult to keep the indices up to date.
Therefore, we’d like every new fanfiction narrative/poem and the discussion thread to be posted here. This will enable us to keep the indexes up to date without trawling for hours for new updates, freeing up our time to help you, the forumites. It’s just two links on your part, but it will save us hours of sorting old from new and better the indexes for everyone’s use.
How it will work is simple. Once you have posted your threads on the post, an AK will add it to the correct index. The reason it is a public thread is so one AK does not receive dozens of PMs a week with new narratives. For example, if a narrative were PM’d to me and I were ill, it may be several days or weeks before it got added. They are added quickly and avoid a bottleneck.
